Bob the Turtle’s rescue

Captain Nathan noticed Bob the Turtle trying to dive with no success on a Noosa Oceanrider tour. This is known as ‘Floaters Syndrome’ and occurs when turtles ingest plastic, causing a build-up of gas in their digestion system, causing them to float. If they cannot dive, they cannot eat and become vulnerable prey. Bob was taken to Sealife where he will be rehabilitated.
